Cost Analysis of Zaps

When you trigger your workflows, tasks run will be counted against the quota for your your plan. If you exceed this quota, it is possible that your tasks will stop running. To address this possibility, you can turn on pay per task billing. The reason to do this would be to ensure you never hit a rate limit.

How the Kitetags Zapier Integration affects your Zap quotas

You may or may not have access to the people who will be tapping Kitetags. It is possible that in a large deployment, or with an active user base, you can experience a spike in use. In reality, the quotas on Zapier are quite generous and it isn’t expected you will hit your quotas due to Kitetag.

Still, one should do some analysis of estimated usage. This is usually good enough to both confirm your expected usage, verify if you will hit rate limits, and whether you will need pay per task billing.
